Order of proceedings

Five stages carry a placement from an employer's requirement to a worker's departure. They are listed here in the order the office works through them.

    Talent gathering

    Candidates are gathered and prepared for interview with the employer.

  2. 02

    Selection

    The employer selects, and the selection is carried forward by the office.

  3. 03

    Documents

    The paperwork for the placement is prepared and submitted.

  4. 04

    Visa

    The visa process is taken through to approval.

  5. 05

    Pre-departure

    Course, medical testing and final preparations are completed here.

After arrival

The five stages end at the airport, but the file does not close there. The office stays in contact with the worker once they have reached the destination, and remains available if something goes wrong.

Pre-departure curriculum

The pre-departure course is required by government and must be completed before departure, for every destination country. What the company teaches candidates in Myanmar is set out below.

Culture and workplace manners
Detailed instruction on host country culture, humanity, and workplace manners, given before the candidate leaves Myanmar.
Japanese language
Basic Japanese language, normal conversational forms, and the official workplace language a candidate will need on site. The company supports candidates through their language examinations and certification; a candidate may also make their own arrangements.
5S methodology
Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke — the workplace discipline a Japanese employer expects a new arrival to already understand.
Hou-Ren-So
Report, Inform, Consult. The reporting habit that governs how a team communicates day to day.
Fitness and medical evaluation
Physical fitness conditioning, together with comprehensive medical evaluations. Medical testing is carried out for every destination country; Malaysia has further requirements under FWCMS.

What this office undertakes

Phyo Thamardi was founded in 2023 on a straightforward proposition: recruit exactly to the requirement a partner sets, prepare every worker before departure, and keep the paperwork correct on both sides of the border. The company works for cooperation that lasts beyond a single placement, and for Myanmar workers to bring home modern technology and knowledge learned abroad.

More than 3,000 workers have been placed in Malaysia since the company began.

Securing confirmation from the Immigration Department, so that official approval and work permits are received in good time.
Selection and departure preparation
Advancing candidate selection, and the final preparations a candidate needs before departure.
Regulatory compliance
Complete compliance with Myanmar Ministry of Labour requirements and with the regulations of the destination country.
